HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your spam or junk email. If still nothing feel free to contact shop@cocoacentric.com check on the status of your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify shop@cocoacentric.com before 3pm PST on the date in which the order was placed. Kindly note that once you receive your final confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order.
RETURNS
Shop with confidence: We allow merchandise to be returned or exchanged FREE within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not offer price adjustments on promotions or sale items. To initiate an exchange/return please email cocoa@cocoacentric.com. We stand-by our quality and craftsmanship of our merchandise. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE *unless items arrive damaged or defective.

MY PACKAGE NEVER SHOWED UP? WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us at shop@cocoacentric.com if you do not receive your package after a reasonable period of time. COCOACENTRIC is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.
WHAT IF WHAT I ORDERED LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE PRODUCT PHOTO?
COCOACENTRIC products are handcrafted and curated from the finest materials. Any inconsistencies in the components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.
